    Send a check or money order payable to “Screen Dreams Publishing, Inc.” for the total amount of your DVD(s) plus the Shipping & Handling fee to:

    IMPORTANT: If your order is being shipped to Pennsylvania, you must apply the applicable tax (7%) to the cost of your order, including the applicable Shipping & Handling fee. Please be sure to include the specific quantity, item number(s) and title(s) of the item(s) you are ordering, as well as the shipping address where your order should be sent.

    International Orders:
    For all international orders, please feel free to use our online website. International orders can also be faxed to: 011-215-546-0288 or can be processed via phone by call one of our customer care center representatives at: 011-215-546-2209. Please provide your billing and shipping information, as well as, your credit card information and desired items from our collection of DVDs.

  • TAX POLICY

    Screen Dreams is required by law to charge tax on orders (including Shipping & Handling) to Pennsylvania. The tax amount is based on state and local tax rates for the shipping address.

    Standard Delivery:

    • US Postal Service Media Mail (non-First Class)
      In-stock items 5-7 days. Not trackable.
    • UPS Ground
      In-stock items 3-5 days. Trackable.

    NOTE: For in-stock items, please allow 2 business days for order processing.

    Rush Delivery:

    • UPS 2nd Day Air
    • UPS Next Day Air
      Guaranteed Delivery by 3:30PM.

    NOTE: Orders for in-stock items received by 2:00PM EST, Monday-Friday, will ship same day. Orders received after 2:00PM EST, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the next business day. UPS deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

      Free Shipping For Any Order – USA Only.
    • UPS Ground
      $6.95 for first item, plus $1.00 each additional DVD.
    • UPS 2nd Day Air
      $14.95 for first item, plus $1.00 each additional DVD.
    • UPS Next Day Air
      $16.95 for first item, plus $1.00 each additional DVD.

    NOTE: Screen Dreams will not charge your credit card until your order actually ships.

    Canadian Orders:

    • UPS Ground
      $15.00 for first item, plus $1.00 for each additional DVD.
      • 2-7 day delivery, depending upon location.

    International Orders:

    • US Postal Service Foreign Media Mail
      All orders are shipped out of the United States. If you order from outside the US, please choose the Media Mail method which will calculate the shipping as $00.00, although there will be additional shipping charges applied to ship your International Country, of which Screen Dreams will contact you of before any order is finally charged and shipped.

  • RETURNS

    You may return any item for a replacement or full product refund (minus shipping and handling) within 30 days of receiving it. This enables us to locate your original order and process your request. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the order’s receipt or invoice.
